Delivery is free for all orders over £70 and will be sent by Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and usually arrives the next working day.
Standard rate is £4.

Custom-made jewellery, will be undertaken when I can and each request will be assessed individually and takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and materials required.
At Julia Brice Designs, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We craft our jewellery from recycled silver and have introduced recycled sterling silver chains for our necklaces. In our workshop, we mill our own silver sheets to minimize waste. Our packaging is eco-friendly, using recycled boxes, organic wrappings, and ribbons. We also source gemstones from reputable suppliers whenever possible.
Sterling silver chains are optional for custom made jewellery. Please see individual item for details.
At the moment, we only ship jewellery within the UK. Unfortunately, due to postal regulations, we cannot ship to Northern Ireland.
I am registered with the London Assay Office. All items over the legal weight limit will be sent for hallmarking. Hallmarking will add another 7 days to the delivery time of custom made jewellery.
If within 14 days of receiving your jewellery your are not happy with your purchase I will offer a refund. Please contact me to arrange this. Jewellery should be returned in its original unworn condition with original packaging. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on personalised jewellery. Please see the refund policy for full details.
We don't offer a gift wrapping service, but all jewellery is beautifully packaged in a luxury eco box, wrapped in tissue paper and ribbons. The postage box is filled with shredded seed paper offcuts that can be planted on a windowsill.
Moon Phase necklaces can be engraved on the back with a date or a name. The smaller jewellery such as rings and cufflinks can fit one letter on the back of them.
Over time silver will tarnish. To prevent this keep your jewellery in an airtight bag when not in use. Wearing silver prevents tarnishing. To keep it looking shiny gently rub with a soft cloth or a polishing cloth. Avoid exposing to chemicals and perfumes.
Natural gemstones vary in hardness and some need greater care than others. As a general rule avoid using a polishing cloth, chemicals and detergents on stones.
Remove jewellery when sleeping, bathing, exercising or swimming.
If your jewellery has minor damage or scratches, we offer free repairs; you just need to cover the postage costs both ways. We recommend using a postal service that includes insurance for jewellery.
